Unser Strasbourg ist eine Hommage an einen unvergesslichen Etappensieg bei der Tour de France 1971, bei dem Eddy Merckx seine Klasse im Sprint gegen Roger De Vlaeminck auf einem Feldweg unter Beweis stellte.

Der Strasbourg C ist für extrem anspruchsvolles Terrain gemacht. Der richtige Begleiter für raue und harte Offroad-Fahrten, dieses Rad ist für alles bereit. Es wurde entwickelt, um hinauszugehen, die Welt zu erkunden, neue Schotterstraßen zu entdecken und neue Erinnerungen zu schaffen.

Auf das Strasbourg passen Reifen bis zu 48 mm. Mit anderen Worten: Sie haben eine große Auswahl, um Ihre Reifenwahl an das Terrain anzupassen, auf dem Sie fahren, von schlammigen Singletracks bis hin zu breiten Champagner-Schotterstraßen.

Das Strasbourg ist erstaunlich vielseitig: Mit clever platzierten Befestigungspunkten für Schutzbleche und Gepäcktaschen können Sie Ihr Rad ganz individuell gestalten: als schnelles Gravelbike, für Bikepacking oder für den Pendlerverkehr.

Zur Ausstattung gehören:

  • 3 Befestigungspunkte am Unterrohr, die es Ihnen ermöglichen, Ihre Trinkflasche höher oder tiefer am Rahmen zu befestigen. Wenn Sie die Trinkflasche tiefer montieren, haben Sie mehr Platz für eine Radtasche im Inneren des Rahmens.
  • 2 Befestigungspunkte am Oberrohr
  • 2 Befestigungspunkte an der Unterseite des Fahrrads für eine zusätzliche Wasserflasche oder Ausrüstung
  • Befestigungspunkte an der Vorder- und Hinterradgabel für die einfache Montage von Schutzblechen
  • 3 Befestigungspunkte auf beiden Seiten der Vordergabel

Die Geometrie des Strasbourg C wurde entwickelt, um auch die anspruchsvollsten Schotterpisten zu meistern. Der niedrige Schwerpunkt verleiht dem Rad ein sehr sanftes und kontrolliertes Fahrverhalten, so dass Sie unwegsames Gelände mit Vertrauen angehen können.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
